We are hiring a Catering Manager to deliver exceptional food and flawless event execution!

What You’ll Do:

Lead all campus catering operations from menu planning to event execution
Collaborate with clients to design customized catering solutions
Manage event logistics, budgets, and profitability
Supervise, train, and motivate catering staff
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and service excellence

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
Proven catering management experience with successful event execution
Strong organizational, multitasking, and client-service skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and work evenings/weekends as needed

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in higher education, large-scale catering, or event management
Knowledge of culinary trends and innovative event service practices
Vendor negotiation and budget management expertise
Valid driver’s license (may be required for event logistics)
