Restaurant General Manager – Batesville, MS

Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Base Salary of 50-55k, with bonus potential reaching 70k per year.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3–5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
Ability to lead store operations, manage financials, and mentor a team
Strong leadership personality with the ability to motivate staff
Commitment to treating all employees with dignity and respect
Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coordinating staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and resolving issues

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in the restaurant industry
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
Familiarity with brand standards and food quality assurance
