Restaurant General Manager – Batesville, MS

Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Base Salary of 50-55k, with bonus potential reaching 70k per year.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
- Ability to lead store operations, manage financials, and mentor a team
- Strong leadership personality with the ability to motivate staff
- Commitment to treating all employees with dignity and respect
- Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coordinating staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and resolving issues
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with brand standards and food quality assurance
