Implementation Manager – Remote (Travel Required)

Our client is transforming preventive healthcare with a first-of-its-kind network of outpatient therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) centers. With rapid growth underway—5 centers open and 15+ more launching in the next year—they’re hiring a hands-on Implementation Manager to ensure flawless execution at every new location.

You are someone with deep healthcare operations experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. You know how to open clinics, coordinate logistics, and manage clinical readiness from end to end. You’ve either worked in a setting like urgent care, dialysis, or outpatient services—or come from a clinical background yourself, such as an RN or OR lead who transitioned into operational leadership. You’re organized, sharp, and catch issues before they become problems. When something’s off, you spot it. When something’s missing, you fix it.

Implementation Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience in outpatient clinics, dialysis centers, urgent care, or similar environments
• Deep familiarity with medical inventory and supplies including IVs, AEDs, catheters, and apheresis equipment
• Ability to travel to new clinic sites and manage vendor coordination, inventory setup, and trial runs
• Must ensure all sites are clinically ready, fully stocked, and operationally consistent before launch
• Clear, proactive communicator who can report status updates and resolve issues across teams

Implementation Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience launching multiple healthcare locations or clinics
• Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a collaborative, no-ego attitude
