Join a busy and well-established outpatient medical practice that values professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. We're seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with experience in drawing blood and setting up IVs to support our clinical team and deliver outstanding patient care.
Medical Assistant Compensation & Benefits:
- No weekends, no holidays, no on-call work
- Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday only
- Employer-paid medical insurance
Medical Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant diploma/certificate from an accredited program
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Ability to prepare and assist with IV therapy required
Must Haves:
- Proficient in blood draws and IV setup
- Restock clinical supplies and manage inventory
- Perform patient intake: vital signs, history, and charting
- Maintain clean and organized exam rooms between patients
- Professional and compassionate communication with patients and staff
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings
- Patient-first mindset with a calm, friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Familiarity with insurance processes and scheduling systems
