General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant opening and ongoing operations
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
- Ensure top-tier food, beverage, and service quality
- Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance
- Create and maintain a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere
General Manager Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant Assistant General Manager or General Manager
- Ownership mentality
- Extensive knowledge of food, beverage, and alcohol service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
