Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee new construction fire sprinkler projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams. The Project Manager ensures installations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with NFPA codes and local regulations. We currently have over 30 projects running at once. Experience with many different project types at the same time is required. This role does not require a NICET III, however we need projects to adhere to those standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of fire protection or construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and building codes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- NICET certification and/or PMP credential preferred
- Proficiency in project management software, financial tracking systems, and essential office technology.
