Brand Ambassador

We’re not looking for an Account Manager who just takes orders — we need a go-getter with hustle and drive. Someone ready to walk into every bar, restaurant, hotel, banquet hall, and event space across Massachusetts to make things happen. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a rapidly emerging spirits brand that has been making waves for the past six years.

Brand Ambassador Benefits & Compensation

• $900–$1,000 weekly base pay ($45K–$52K annually)

Brand Ambassador Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• 3+ years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry (spirits strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to travel 3–5 days per week, including some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
• Integrity, dedication, and passion for growing a brand

Brand Ambassador Preferred Background & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Experience with door-to-door, face-to-face, and on-premise sales outreach
• Prior success using social media or marketing activations to grow sales
• Experience educating retail and hospitality teams on product knowledge
• Comfort leading small group presentations or tastings
