Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the staff FOH team
  • High-volume floor management and guest interaction
  • Ensure a high standard of guest service daily
  • Support the GM in all areas of managing the restaurant

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • 4+ years as an Assistant General Manager in a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate has experience working with corporate systems and a volume of 8M or higher
  • Strong leadership ability; you are someone who loves to inspire others to be their best
  • Experience with creating efficient systems that work, and strong financial acumen
  • Highly skilled at managing a busy restaurant floor and providing a high level of guest service
  • Ability to lead with integrity and create a positive environment in a diverse space
  • Passion for hospitality and desire to move your career forward
