We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Manager to lead a passionate team, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations while shaping the long-term success of a thriving retail business.

Retail Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive base salary of $65,000–$70,000 annually

Retail Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Retail General Manager
• Proven background in small business or boutique retail operations preferred
• Strong skills in scheduling, inventory management, and POS systems
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working in a hands-on role

Retail Manager Must Haves:

• Manage day-to-day store operations with attention to detail and efficiency
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to achieve excellence
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure merchandising standards, and oversee stock management
• Drive sales performance while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment
• Support company initiatives and align the team to achieve revenue goals

Retail Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in growing or scaling independent retail businesses
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships and community engagement
• Creative eye for merchandising and visual presentation
• Familiarity with analyzing sales trends and creating action plans
• Leadership style that motivates, inspires, and develops high-performing teams
