What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional service, food quality, and speed
• Drive a culture of hospitality by connecting with guests and leading by example
• Manage all aspects of restaurant performance, including financials, labor, and cost controls
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth execution and strong sales

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast casual, high-volume restaurant
• High attention to detail and extremely guest focused hospitality leader
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting without compromising hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, results-driven approach
• Solid understanding of all operations and sales
• Proven track record of managing P&L and building successful teams
