We’re searching for an inspiring, hands-on Restaurant Manager who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on exceptional service, food quality, and speed
- Drive a culture of hospitality by connecting with guests and leading by example
- Manage all aspects of restaurant performance, including financials, labor, and cost controls
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth execution and strong sales
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast casual, high-volume restaurant
- High attention to detail and extremely guest focused hospitality leader
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting without compromising hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, results-driven approach
- Solid understanding of all operations and sales
- Proven track record of managing P&L and building successful teams
