An established and growing supplier that works directly with homeowners and builders is looking for an experienced BOOKKEEPER/ OFFICE MANAGER to join their team and make an immediate impact by performing all accounting functions with a high level of autonomy.
The ideal BOOKKEEPER/ OFFICE MANAGER will bring 7+ years experience in accounting, the ability to work independently and the desire to learn the business and its wide range of products.
This is an in-office position, no hybrid or remote option.
BOOKKEEPER/ OFFICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full lifecycle accounting as sole accounting employee
- Oversee bank reconciliation, A/P, cash management and reporting
- Provide oversight of office staff
BOOKKEEPER/ OFFICE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience and demonstrated history of working independently
- Bachelors of Accounting or related field
- Quickbooks, Excel and Microsoft Office Aptitude
