We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions. As we grow, this member will play a vital role in guiding our strategy, creating and implementing policies, and ensuring the legal compliance of the company. They will report to the partnership, mentor their direct reports, and act as an advisor when needed. Most importantly, they will mirror our core values!

Human Resources Director Requirements:
- Works with Respect and Integrity
- Able to communicate effectively up the ranks as well as down the ranks.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- SHRM – CP or SHRM – SCP or other HR certifications are a plus
- At least 2 years of Director-level experience in managing an HR team and a strong generalist background in all areas of HR management, supporting at least 600 employees across multiple locations
- Experience should include Worker's Comp cases and litigation
- Hospitality industry experience, especially in an HR leadership capacity
- In-depth knowledge of local, California, and federal employment regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving
