Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and high-energy experience
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff for outstanding results
  • Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring quality service
  • Manage expenses and find ways to boost efficiency and profitability
  • Plan and execute events to showcase our brand and create memorable guest experiences
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance guest interactions

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, including food, beverage, and events
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with financial management and restaurant software is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and liquor regulations
  • A positive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
