We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the DMV area to lead sales growth and team development for a commercial cleaning company. If you enjoy growing other sales teams across multiple regions while driving your own pipeline, closing high-value deals, while building company revenue, and uncapped earnings, this opportunity is for you! 

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in sales management or leadership.
  • All candidates must be located in the DMV area
  • Background in service-based industries cleaning, facilities company
  • Proven track record of staff management, and hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team player, great communicator with strong coaching, mentoring skills.
  • Comfortable with heavy travel, overnights, and field-based sales activity.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience, a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, conduct walkthroughs, and close deals while supporting your team’s success.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Sales Managers across multiple Mid-Atlantic markets.
  • Build and execute scalable sales strategies to expand the company's market presence.
  • Develop relationships with construction industry leaders, decision-makers, and key partners.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent as we expand.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Provide hands-on field coaching, traveling extensively throughout the territory.
  • Track performance metrics, monitor pipeline health, and report regularly on results.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
