Join a supportive, close-knit insurance agency and play a key role in helping clients with their personal insurance needs — auto, home, umbrella, and more. We’re looking for a client-focused, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide policy details, process changes, prepare quotes/renewals
- Assist with claims and billing questions
- Maintain accurate records and identify coverage needs
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior insurance customer service experience (personal lines preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
