We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to lead innovation and drive new product initiatives from concept to launch. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product development projects from ideation through commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams.
- Develop prototypes, conduct testing, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Ensure products meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- Experience in product development and lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools, CAD software, and testing protocols.
