Come join our family-owned, well-established restaurant as a Restaurant Manager. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and delicious food to our local community. We’re seeking a polished, professional leader with a passion for outstanding hospitality to guide our front-of-house team and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation:
- Consistent, balanced schedule – our restaurant closes at 9:00 PM
- Salary up to $65K (commensurate with experience)

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop service staff
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with Asian cuisines
- Proficiency in inventory control and ordering
- Expertise in staff scheduling, labor cost management, and maintaining high service standards
