We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fine dining restaurant within a rapidly growing restaurant group. General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to $150,000 (DOE)

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold fine dining service standards
- Oversee and manage a team to ensure consistent execution of systems and processes
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
- Maintain full financial accountability, including P&L, inventory, and cost controls
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and contribute to a culture of service excellence
General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fine dining, full-service restaurant
- Proven success managing annual sales volumes of $15M+
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, wine pairings, and fine dining service
- Demonstrated career progression and new restaurant opening (NRO) experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to measure and improve performance, both subjectively and objectively
