We are a luxury hotel group looking for our next Human Resources manager! This is an opportunity for Hotel operational leaders with a strong interest in Human Resources to make a career move into HR! We are looking for candidates to have a strong background in Hotel Operations (front desk managers), who are good communicators, and have basic human resources knowledge.
Hotel Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Hotel leadership role, preferably for an independent luxury property
- Strong knowledge of basic human resources functions (coaching, recruitment, interviewing, etc)
- Strong interest in developing a career in human resources
- Ability to commute up to 1 hour both North and South of Boston
- Excellent communication skills
Hotel Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach and counsel team members
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members
- Conduct onboarding for new team members
- Distribute benefits information and coach team members on benefits enrollment
- Other duties as assigned
