FOH Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a full service restaurant FOH management role
  • A dynamic leader to lead and develop a passionate team
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A guest-first mindset with the ability to make decisions in the moment

FOH Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience working in a high-volume or entertainment/destination environment preferred
  • Experience with private or special events a plus!
  • Ability to lead, train, and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to deliver consistent and elevated guest experiences
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations during service, including guest seating, service flow, and staff management
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering as needed
