We are seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development to join our growing national team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales leader who understands hotel operations, speaks the “hotel language,” and is passionate about driving revenue.
Key Requirements (must-have):
- 5+ years of hotel operations experience with a proven track record
- Previous hotel operations experience as a General Manager or Director of Operations
- Established relationships with hotel groups, management companies, and/or ownership groups at the regional or national level
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the region (must live near a major airport)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Leverage existing hotel relationships to expand market share and drive new business
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotel executives and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the national sales team to align on strategy, pipeline management, and account growth
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and activity reports to ensure accountability and results
