Director of Leisure Sales Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Sales in a Luxury Hotel environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field highly preferred
  • Proven track record of developing high-level business
  • Excellent relationship builder with consortia, luxury travel agencies, wholesalers, and tour operators
  • Collaborative team leader who inspires and motivates the team to be the best
  • Cross-functional collaborator who works well with other departments and leaders

Director of Leisure Sales Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team members with integrity and consistency
  • Forge strong relationships with Consortia and other accounts
  • Find and develop relationships with new accounts
  • Host, Direct, and present to FAM tours, site inspections, and educational tours
  • Effectively promote and cross-sell outlets and revenue centers
  • Other duties as assigned
