We are seeking an accomplished VP of Human Resources to join one of the nation’s premier luxury resorts. Amenities including three hotels, private estates, golf, spa, casino, dining, and adventure offerings, this role offers a unique chance to shape the culture and HR strategy of a world-class destination.

Reporting directly to ownership, the VP will lead a seasoned HR team (Director of HR, recruiters, L&D) and drive strategic initiatives across recruiting, learning & development, compliance, and engagement. The leader must honor long-tenured staff while introducing modern practices to elevate service and culture.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership in luxury hospitality/resorts
  • 5+ years in a senior HR role (Director, VP, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional HR teams and modernize practices
  • Strong communication, influence, and mentoring skills
  • Comfortable relocating to and living in a remote resort environment

A hands-on, approachable leader who blends strategic vision with operational discipline. Must be collaborative, calm under pressure, passionate about culture, and excited to thrive in a unique resort community.
