Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Need to have 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment
- Must have experience in a High Volume bar-centric concept
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, clear and direct, communicator, maintain retention of employees
- Must be able to work late hours
- Positive, patient, and flexible personality
- Strong Leadership skills; leading by example in this hands-on role
- Develop, coach, and direct team
- Hands-on and eyes-on at all times in the restaurant-run it as if you own it
- Managing all costs: Labor, Food, Liquor
- Attention to detail is a must!
