Human Resources Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead recruiting efforts that meet the dynamic needs of a growing company.
  • Oversee all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents.
  • Proactively resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Lead and facilitate sexual harassment trainings.
  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
  • Coordinate and supervise employee benefits plans.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits (new hire, compliance, safety, break violations, payroll).

Human Resources Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, conflict management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while supporting company growth.
  • Energetic and professional approach to his/her craft. Promote and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with leadership and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
