We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead our popular retail store. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that our store is a vibrant and successful retail environment.
General Manager Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability
· Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer service
· Drive sales performance through operational excellence
· Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed store goals
· Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
· Foster a positive team culture through motivation, recognition, and open communication
General Manager Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Store Manager, General Manager, or similar role in a retail environment at least 1 year
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
· New Opening experience a plus
General Manager Benefits:
· Base salary of $60 – $70K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40-hour work week)
