Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee safe and efficient operations of facility and housing
- Be a leader of leaders – give direction and drive results
- Ensure all maintenance areas are organized and safe
- Implement systems and increase the efficiency of existing operational procedures
- Drive company culture and our commitment to excellence
- Some after hours or weekends should the need arise
- Maintain electrical, HVAC and pluming
