Restaurant Service Manager – Scratch Kitchen, Full-Service Dining

We’re looking for a driven Restaurant Service Manager to join our high-energy, scratch-kitchen casual dining concept. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain top-tier service standards and operational excellence
  • Oversee daily operations in your assigned area with strong attention to detail
  • Coach, develop, and motivate staff for peak performance
  • Ensure wine and spirits service meets our polished casual standards

Qualifications for Restaurant Service Manager:

  • 1–3 years of upscale casual dining management experience
  • Must have current traditional restaurant experience
  • No more than two jobs in six years
  • Currently working
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Solid knowledge of wine and spirits
