Restaurant Service Manager – Scratch Kitchen, Full-Service Dining
We’re looking for a driven Restaurant Service Manager to join our high-energy, scratch-kitchen casual dining concept. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain top-tier service standards and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations in your assigned area with strong attention to detail
- Coach, develop, and motivate staff for peak performance
- Ensure wine and spirits service meets our polished casual standards
Qualifications for Restaurant Service Manager:
- 1–3 years of upscale casual dining management experience
- Must have current traditional restaurant experience
- No more than two jobs in six years
- Currently working
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
- Solid knowledge of wine and spirits
