Join a leading oral & maxillofacial surgery group that combines the resources of a large, multi-location network with the autonomy of private practice. We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a brand-new practice opening in Roanoke, Virginia, in Q4 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to help launch and grow a state-of-the-art surgical office, with full support from an established regional network. Surgeons will have the rare chance to shape referral relationships, build a patient base, and establish a leadership role in a growing market. Roanoke is a regional healthcare hub with a strong network of referring providers, while also offering an excellent lifestyle with access to the Blue Ridge Mountains, outdoor recreation, and a vibrant, revitalized downtown.
Compensation & Benefits
This opportunity includes one of the most competitive compensation and benefits packages in oral surgery today:
- $600,000 annual advance salary (bi-weekly payments) against 35% of collections — typical annual earnings $1M–$3M+.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus ($25K at contract signing, $25K on start date).
- Student loan assistance up to $300,000 ($100K per year, years 2–4).
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000.
- 100% employer-paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
- $60,000 Life/AD&D policy plus short- and long-term disability.
- $13,700 medical reimbursement annually.
- 401(k) with 4% match.
- Continuing Education: $10,000 annual CE reimbursement + 10 CE days + all license renewals covered.
- Malpractice/liability insurance with full tail coverage.

Qualifications (Required)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS).
- Ability to obtain in Virginia:
- Dental license.
- Sedation/general anesthesia permit.
- OMSNIC malpractice insurance coverage.
