Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with the entire staff
- Always create a great guest experience
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Help manage dining room and FOH daily operations
- Help oversee guest satisfaction and help resolve issues as needed
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Pleasant, polite, and a focus on guest service
- Ability and passion for training, motivating, and leading a team
- Good communication skills
