A highly respected law firm located just outside of Philadelphia is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work closely with accomplished trial lawyers while managing a caseload with a high degree of independence.

Core Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in plaintiff’s civil litigation
  • Active licensure in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee cases from initial filing through resolution
  • Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of litigation for assigned matters
  • Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and substantive motions
  • Conduct and defend depositions independently
  • Perform legal research to support case strategy
  • Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed on case status

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Background in personal injury matters
  • Prior trial experience strongly preferred
  • Effective settlement negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
