A well-established boutique plaintiff’s personal injury practice just outside Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of plaintiff’s civil litigation experience
- Active Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admission (required)
- Proven ability to manage a caseload from start to finish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must Haves:
- Manage all aspects of assigned cases, from pleadings to trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
- Handle and take depositions independently
- Conduct legal research and draft motions
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in personal injury litigation specifically
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills for settlement discussions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
