Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Handle civil litigation matters
  • Draft substantive motions and appellate briefs
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Appear in State court and the Appellate Division for oral argument.
  • Collaborate with clients to tailor a successful appellate strategy.

Litigation Attorney Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in New York
  • 1+ years of litigation experience, including appellate work
  • Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus!
  • Ability to work onsite at the firm
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
