Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
- Handle civil litigation matters
- Draft substantive motions and appellate briefs
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Appear in State court and the Appellate Division for oral argument.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor a successful appellate strategy.
Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- 1+ years of litigation experience, including appellate work
- Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus!
- Ability to work onsite at the firm
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Litigation Attorney Benefits:
