Nightlife / Rooftop Manager – Exciting Opportunity for Growth

Position: Nightlife / Rooftop Manager
Location: New York City, NY
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + 10% Bonus
Benefits: Full Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, Vacation Pay, and More
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nightly operations of a vibrant rooftop bar and lounge
- Drive energy, music, service, and atmosphere to create unforgettable nightlife experiences
- Supervise and inspire a dynamic front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest interactions
- Collaborate with bar leads and DJs to manage flow, crowd control, and overall ambiance
- Ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and safety compliance
- Manage scheduling, team performance, and nightly execution with hands-on leadership
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in upscale, high-volume nightlife or hospitality venues
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktail culture, and nightlife trends
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Experience working in or managing rooftop, lounge, or hotel venues is a plus
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and exciting environment for guests and staff
