Nightlife / Rooftop Manager – Exciting Opportunity for Growth

Position: Nightlife / Rooftop Manager

Location: New York City, NY

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + 10% Bonus

Benefits: Full Medical/Dental/Vision, PTO, Vacation Pay, and More


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nightly operations of a vibrant rooftop bar and lounge
  • Drive energy, music, service, and atmosphere to create unforgettable nightlife experiences
  • Supervise and inspire a dynamic front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest interactions
  • Collaborate with bar leads and DJs to manage flow, crowd control, and overall ambiance
  • Ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Manage scheduling, team performance, and nightly execution with hands-on leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in upscale, high-volume nightlife or hospitality venues
  • Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktail culture, and nightlife trends
  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience working in or managing rooftop, lounge, or hotel venues is a plus
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and exciting environment for guests and staff
