We are seeking a highly skilled and trusted Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to a high-profile entrepreneur, overseeing and integrating the many facets of her dynamic life—including business ventures, media engagements, philanthropic work, household operations, and family logistics.
This full-time, in-person role based in Boca Raton is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and excels at strategic thinking, operational execution, and managing with precision and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Executive Support
- Act as a strategic partner to ensure the execution of initiatives across business, media, and philanthropic ventures.
- Represent and communicate on behalf of the principal when necessary, maintaining alignment with her voice and intentions.
- Track and manage priorities, relationships, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure forward momentum.
Team & Schedule Management
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, including meetings, events, and travel across personal and professional domains.
- Maintain structured communication rhythms between the principal and various internal departments (legal, media, philanthropy, operations, etc.).
- Triage requests for time and manage conflicts with discretion and diplomacy.
Household Operations Oversight
- Direct and oversee all household personnel, including assistants, chefs, drivers, stylists, nannies, and vendors.
- Ensure all residences are run professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on privacy.
- Oversee logistics related to home maintenance, travel, and event planning.
Family & Child Coordination
- Manage the schedule and logistics related to the principal’s daughter, including school, extracurriculars, travel, and appointments.
- Serve as a liaison between family, school staff, and household employees to ensure smooth coordination of responsibilities.
Business Execution
- Support brand launches, press opportunities, collaborations, and special projects.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and timely execution.
- Own follow-ups and hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables.
Communication & Gatekeeping
- Prioritize and filter incoming communications, ensuring only the most essential items reach the principal.
- Maintain discretion and judgment in managing sensitive information.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in executive operations, strategic support, household/estate management, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting a high-profile CEO, entrepreneur, or public figure in a hybrid personal-professional capacity.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead both domestic and corporate teams with clarity and high standards.
- Technologically savvy and comfortable managing communications, calendars, and logistics across multiple platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A track record of discretion, professionalism, and grace under pressure.
- Must be available to work in person 5 days per week in Boca Raton.
- Weekend availability via text for time-sensitive matters is required.
