Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations
- Producing weekly culinary features
- Train, mentor, and supervise the kitchen team
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the entire management team and the hourly team
- Utilize the Restaurant 365 system for order management and tracking sales data.
- Foster a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience and track record as a kitchen manager, chef, or assistant kitchen manager.
- Strong knowledge of food cost and overall P&L.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food management.
