We’re seeking an experienced and people-driven Human Resources Director to join our senior leadership team. This role is integral in shaping company culture, driving organizational growth, and ensuring compliance across all facets of human resources. Human Resources Director – What You'll Do

Culture & Employee Relations

  • Champion and model the company’s values to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and team members across the organization
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management
  • Promote internal mobility and support career development initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Performance Management

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both leadership and hourly roles
  • Develop and execute innovative, scalable recruitment strategies
  • Ensure all job descriptions and interview processes are current and aligned with business needs
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and systems administration
  • Manage performance review cycles, bonus programs, and succession planning

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records while upholding strict confidentiality
  • Serve as administrator for HRIS and team integration tools (e.g., Google Suite)
  • Administer PTO, parental leave, and employee appreciation programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (EEO, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks and internal HR policies

Human Resources Director – Who Are You

  • 3-5 years as a Hospitality industry people leader
  • A strategic, collaborative HR leader who inspires trust and transparency
  • Exceptionally organized with deep knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and team development
  • Experienced with HRIS platforms and process optimization
  • Passionate about fostering belonging and improving the employee experience

Preferred If You Have:

  • Familiarity with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
  • Knowledge of multi-state employment compliance
  • Experience with Restaurant365 and ADP systems
