We are looking for a staff accountant to add to our centralized accounting team! This is a unique opportunity to work with an incredible organization with strong values and incredible properties. Candidates should come with some experience in hotels and an education in Accounting or Finance.

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management
  • 1+ year experience working in a hotel environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized and ambitious self-starter
  • Collaborative and positive shared values

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales and TABC tax returns and oversee payment
  • Participate in the month-end closing
  • Reconcile GL accounts, bank accounts, credit card accounts, and house accounts with accuracy
  • Prepare A/P and A/R as requested
  • Support the director of centralized accounting in various functions
  • Other duties as assigned
