Residential property management company seeks an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee tenant acquisition, lease administration, and customer relations. This role focuses on marketing vacant units, coordinating showings, and ensuring smooth leasing operations.
Leasing Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leasing or residential property management experience
- Skilled in marketing, lease negotiation, housing inspections, photos and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with property management software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience in franchise-based or multi-location property management
- Proven track record in reducing vacancy rates and improving tenant retention
- Ability to manage multiple leasing timelines across various properties
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in all client interactions
