We are seeking an EXECUTIVE CHEF for our prestigious private club. Are you looking for a great quality of life for your family and an opportunity to join a talented culinary team? If you fit the qualifications below, we'd love to have you join our team!
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of culinary experience as Executive Chef either in a private club or luxury hotel
- Experience managing a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant
- Exceptional guest relations, team building and leadership skills
- Butchering and seasonal menu development experience required
- Proficient with training, mentoring and cost management
- Country club experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
