Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Drive operational excellence across all areas of the restaurant
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve peak performance
  • Deliver consistent sales growth and manage costs with precision
  • Hire, train, and develop high-potential team members
  • Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • 5+ years of full service restaurant management experience, including 2+ as GM
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food cost
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, positive approach
  • Passion for hospitality, people development, and guest satisfaction
