This role begins with a heavy focus on personal and lifestyle management—but will evolve quickly into a mission-critical blend of business and personal operations.

■ Key Responsibilities

Immediate Focus – Personal & Lifestyle Management (90%)

• Own and organize all aspects of a fast-paced personal life: calendar, appointments, reminders, and life logistics.

• Coordinate high-touch travel (domestic and international): flights, accommodations, itineraries, cars, dining.

• Source and track luxury purchases—cars, watches, collectibles, fashion—and maintain clean, accurate records.

• Liaise with vendors, household services, and providers; manage communications and follow-up.

• Maintain household files, inventories, and digital systems for clarity and access.

• Execute personal projects, research, and concierge-style tasks with precision.

Transition Phase – Executive & Strategic Support (Scales to 50%)

• Manage scheduling and act as gatekeeper across business calendars and commitments.

• Triage emails and communications; draft/manage outbound messaging.

• Prepare for meetings: agendas, materials, research briefs, and action items.

• Track expenses, categorize receipts, and coordinate with financial support.

• Help create pitch decks, documents, and spreadsheets.

• Provide support on real estate operations and document management.

• Assist in team building, vendor management, and potentially investor-facing work.

■ Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of high-level EA/PA experience, ideally with founders or executives.

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.

• Extremely responsive, adaptable, proactive, and self-directed.

• Polished with stakeholders, relaxed and informal internally.

• Digitally fluent: Google Workspace, task managers, shared drives.

• Detail-obsessed, discrete, emotionally intelligent.

• Treats this role like a personal mission, not just a job.

■ Availability & Compensation

• Start at 20–30 hrs/week, with growth to full-time.

• Must be available and responsive during business hours.

• Remote-friendly, with occasional in-person needs.

• Competitive compensation, based on experience and role evolution.
