We are seeking a Private Home Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of a private residence. This highly visible role requires a hands-on professional with exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a refined household environment at the highest standards.

Private Home Manager Benefits and Compensation:

Private Home Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing private estates, luxury homes, or high-end hospitality properties
Strong organizational and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and smart home systems (Lutron, Crestron, etc.)
Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen

Private Home Manager Must Haves:

Oversee daily home operations, including inspections, system checks, and exterior upkeep
Manage vendor relationships, maintenance scheduling, and household service needs
Supervise vehicle readiness, pet care, and cleanliness of property grounds
Coordinate seasonal tasks such as décor, landscaping, and outdoor setups

Private Home Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-luxury residential households
Familiarity with high-end resort operations or multi-property management
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to anticipate owner and property needs
Comfort working in a discreet, service-oriented environment with growth potential
