We are seeking a Private Home Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of a private residence. This highly visible role requires a hands-on professional with exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a refined household environment at the highest standards.

Private Home Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing private estates, luxury homes, or high-end hospitality properties
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and smart home systems (Lutron, Crestron, etc.)
  • Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen

Private Home Manager Must Haves:

  • Oversee daily home operations, including inspections, system checks, and exterior upkeep
  • Manage vendor relationships, maintenance scheduling, and household service needs
  • Supervise vehicle readiness, pet care, and cleanliness of property grounds
  • Coordinate seasonal tasks such as décor, landscaping, and outdoor setups

Private Home Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-luxury residential households
  • Familiarity with high-end resort operations or multi-property management
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to anticipate owner and property needs
  • Comfort working in a discreet, service-oriented environment with growth potential
