Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years in a current Director or Regional title role, overseeing 6+ locations
- Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
- Excellent integrity and character
- Proficient with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Ability to travel within the region of Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky
Restaurant Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
- Local community networking
- Servant and hands-on leadership style
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
