Director of Operations, Benefits and Compensation
- 20% added to base salary "GEO PRIMUM"

What You’ll Do
- Lead with Excellence: Oversee venue operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest service
- Develop Your Team: Coach and mentor your team to foster a positive and high-performing culture
- Drive Financial Performance: Optimize revenue, control costs, and achieve financial goals
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with guests, community leaders, and team members

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-service restaurants, hotels or golf course management
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager
- Experience managing a P&L of $21M+ annually
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in experiential hospitality, retail, or entertainment venues
- Track record of leading 100+ team members in a large-scale, guest-centric environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
