We are looking for a strong leader to champion our new restaurant concept! Ideal candidates will come from an upscale restaurant background and will have a strong foundational knowledge in food and beverage. We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator and has a progressive management style.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership for a full-service, upscale concept
- Experience with banquets and catering a huge plus
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage
- Strong desire to contribute and grow with a dynamic concept
- Progressive, people first management style
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the FOH team with consistency and integrity
- Communicate and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
- Resolve guest issues with tact and diplomacy
- Host small groups and parties as point of contact
- Contribute to the evolution of the concept and development of the restaurant
- Other duties as assigned
