We are looking for a strong leader to champion our new restaurant concept! Ideal candidates will come from an upscale restaurant background and will have a strong foundational knowledge in food and beverage. We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator and has a progressive management style.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership for a full-service, upscale concept
  • Experience with banquets and catering a huge plus
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage
  • Strong desire to contribute and grow with a dynamic concept
  • Progressive, people first management style

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the FOH team with consistency and integrity
  • Communicate and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
  • Resolve guest issues with tact and diplomacy
  • Host small groups and parties as point of contact
  • Contribute to the evolution of the concept and development of the restaurant
  • Other duties as assigned
