Join Our Team as a Vice President of Culinary!

A dynamic and expanding restaurant concept is seeking a dedicated and passionate Vice President of Culinary to elevate our back-of-house operations. If you're ready for a new challenge that promises growth and rewards, we want to hear from you!

Vice President of Culinary Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading the culinary operations of at least 15 full-service restaurants.
  • New Openings: Proven track record in successfully launching new restaurants.
  • Management Skills: Expertise in managing food costs, including a thorough understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), specification management, and project management while holding large teams accountable.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Restaurant 365 and Toast systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire, mentor, and elevate the culinary team to achieve measurable results.
  • Culinary Passion: A true passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
