Lathe Set-Up Machinist Benefits & Compensation:

• $23–$30/hour base pay DOE + $2/hour shift differential
• 4-day workweek, Monday–Thursday (2:45 PM–12:45 AM)

Lathe Set-Up Machinist Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience, including twin turret machines
  • (Swiss experience a plus)
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Skilled in proving out and editing programs, optimizing speeds/feeds, and selecting cutting tools
• Proficient with inspection tools, CMMs, and precision measuring equipment
• Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow quality procedures

Lathe Set-Up Machinist Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in medical device or other high-precision manufacturing environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a mindset for continuous improvement
• Technical training or certifications in CNC machining
