We are seeking a Production Manager to play a critical role in overseeing and actively participating in the fabrication of interior and architectural signage. Qualifications for the Production Manager:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in signage fabrication
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of signage fabrication, finishing, and installation
• Experience with electrical assembly, lighting, and UL approval process
• Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
• A good motivator – can motivate and manage a team

Responsibilities for the Production Manager:

•  Supervise and lead a team of production personnel, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of projects.
• Oversee electrical assembly and ensure compliance with UL approval processes and standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet company standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with the design team to review project specifications and ensure accurate translation of design concepts into finished products.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain production flow.
• Measure and reduce rework and waste.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment by enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production issues that arise during fabrication.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skills development.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless and efficient installation of signage at client sites.
