Are you an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a focus on school district defense? A top California law firm is growing and seeking a Partner-level attorney to join their expanding Employment Law Department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Defend school districts in employment-related litigation (wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation).
  • Advise school boards and HR leaders on Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and union/tenure matters.
  • Oversee discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
  • Draft policies and contracts to ensure compliance with education and employment law.
  • Provide training to school administrators and HR teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of employment litigation experience (school district defense required).
  • Jury trial/civil trial experience preferred.
  • California Bar admission in good standing.
  • Strong research, negotiation, and communication skills.
